Terms Of Service

Read carefully
- You are paying for a digital file only- You are free to display the work anywhere you'd like as long as it keeps my signature visible please.- After I have received payment for the work, cancellations are no longer possible;
exceptions are to be discussed only when I were unable to deliver the final product- The image you receive is for personal purposes only. Don't use my works for commercial purpose.- Private commission adds $50

PROCESS:
- I will start working after I have received payment.
- You'll get a sketch to refine and make changes on (MINOR and MAYOR as you like), watermarked and low res.
- Once the sketch's general idea is to your liking, we'll go for payment.
- As soon as payment reaches me, I'll start working the lineart.
- You can ask for free MINOR changes during lineart and color phase, remember MAYOR changes add an extra $20
- (Check "other information" for details on the precious)
- Once colors have been added, you can only change hues, no longer lines.
- No refunds or cancelling after I've started working.
- Initial sketches ideas can be worked later on, but are not to be used with other artist.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Other Information- It takes me 2 to 5 days to get the work done, depending highly on the complexity of the characters you give me.- Designing fees includes you not having visuals on your character but only references for pieces of it, as well as designing of outfits.
These are extra/on top of the cropping pricing.- MINOR changes include face expression or features, change /add /remove up to 2 pieces of clothing, cropping into a lower tier (i.e. from full body to half body), color changes on the character or their clothing.- MAYOR changes include change of posing, change of background (getting rid of it too), adding of characters or complex accessories/props, reworking the whole scene.- Don't hesitate to let me know about any doubt on info or the process.YOU GET:
A sketch and / or series of, for corrections (JPEG) and your order's file on a sta.sh link (PNGs/signed but not watermarked, BIG files) as well as some variations of the final product
