Terms Of Service

GENERAL
-The character depicted must be an original character and the owner must agree for it to be used on the commissioned work.
-Fanart can be worked out, but never claimed as personal or original-About My Process:

I work better and faster using visuals and chatting about them.
-- Gather as many as you'd like.
-- Organize them by use: Scenery, Angles, Vibe, Looks, clothing, alt versions, etc.

Can also work with songs and written references, just be aware those will need considerable extra back and forth between you and I1. Sketching.
- Sketching phase shows a very unpolished but clear idea of the placement of all the elements of your request, including cropping, angles, POVs and design of the asked elements.
- Sketching starts as soon as I get a clear idea.
- Sketching might bring two or three versions for you to revise and pick from
- During this phase, you're welcome and encouraged to ask for changes and tries to make sure the final product is perfect.
- All files delivered at this phase will be watermarked and low resolution
- Rejected versions can be used on future commissions, so please do NOT use them with another artist.
- Sketch phase ends when you agree I can start line art.2. Line art.
- Line art is the process of turning the sketch into a polished version, using lines.
- At this point, you'll be shown the final line art version only
- You can have up to 5 MINOR revisions/changes, and ONE free MAJOR change.
- All files delivered at this phase will be watermarked and low resolution
- Rejected versions can be used on future commissions, so please do NOT use them with another artist.
- This phase ends once you agree I can start coloring.
- No -major- changes are allowed after here.3. Base color and rendering.
- Color phase is the process of filling the line art with hues and tones of your agreeing, including the next use of shadows and light to polish and present the final product.
- At this phase, you will be shown the choices I made so you can direct changes in colors only.
- Changes in color are -minor- revisions, and you can have these switches at will
- Changes in base color end when you agree I can start rendering effects (shadows and light).
- Rendering effects will be shown to you so you can, again, direct them, depending on the time of day you chose for the environment or the iterations you purchased.
- You can have 4 changes of this aspect.
- All files delivered at this phase will be watermarked and low resolution
- Rejected versions can be used on future commissions, so please do NOT use them with another artist.
- This phase ends once you and I agree we can be done with the work.****Disclosure: IN case client and artist cannot reach this agreement, after 2 days of the allowed 4th change, the phase is considered ended. I reserve the right to end a commission if the client's practices abuse my time table and permissions.Delivery:
- Full size and definition file (s) will be sent to the client via email or google drive link. Please provide an address and let me know which method is best for you.
- All files will display my signature
- An additional file for "public display" will be provided, specifically thought for social media.
- This 'special' file will be treated with Anti AI filters and added a small legend in case it gets stolen, the machinery reads it and follows it.
- If you want to avoid the treatment, please let me know.

About CHANGES -major and minor-MINOR changes are expected to not change the overall idea of the project.
Can include:
- Face expression and general features: chubbiness, body type, hairstyle, add of minor animal features -NO changes of species-
- Clothing: Up to ONE complete change of outfit at sketch and line art phase, not available at color and further.
- Color phase's minor changes are hue(color) changes ONLY.
- Be most welcome to ask about it, flexibility on your needs.MAYOR changes include a considerable re-working of the idea; therefore, are only accepted as free whenever mentioned through out the process.
These changes will be developed under an extra monetary charge, if accepted.
Can include:
- Gender swap
- Species swap
- Change of scenery
- Adding of scenery or charactersDon't hesitate to let me know about any doubt or inquiry on info or the process.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- The whole process and delivery can take between 5 days up to a month or 2.
- Delivery time depends greatly on the complexity of the idea: ornaments, character design, background elements, revisions, changes and the time it took to reach an agreement between the client and the artist.PAYMENTS
- Paypal and Ko-fi available
- You are paying for digital files only.
- You will be notified in case the work needs to be delayed due personal circumstances of the artist.
- You will be notified in case the artist cannot take your request
- You will be notified in case the artist decides your request cannot be done.
- Cancellations after the sketch is accepted are no longer possible.
- Refund of payment can be partial.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- The final product remains my intellectual property until commercial usage fee has been agreed and paid.
- All files will display my signature and or social links
- Fanart is not claimed as part of my rights as a creator
- DO NOT use the product on AI
- Your commission might be use in my social media for marketing and promoting of my services, unless you pay the privacy fee.COMMUNICATION
- I uphold a constant, fluent and OPEN COMMUNICATION policy.
- Be most welcome to message me whenever is best for you.
- Consider only, time zones and personal schedules. You will receive reply as soon as it is possible for me.
- You are entitled to receive a reply within 2 days of your last message.
- I am entitled to continue working even if NO communication or request for changes is received, after 2 days or MY last inquiry. This will imply, no changes or fixings of the work done.
